it may be close...those went 0-60 in about 5.2 very similar to the Z (which i've seen anywhere from 4.7 to 5.3 depending on variables). his car is about 9 years old though, and they say a car loses power as it ages. i dont know how well he takes care of his car so if we assume average care, he has still lost a few ponies which would give you the edge. given everything, i think you have a pretty strong chance at beating him. just keep your foot planted on that pedal
