To protect the front end from rock chips, clear bra is definitely thicker and the best way to go.

I would recommend still doing the ceramic coating on the entire car which shouldn't cost you much especially if you do it yourself. A well reviewed ceramic coating is CQuartz UK https://www.autogeek.net/cquartz-uk-edition.html There are a ton of reviews online & youtube and allot of How-To's. The thing with ceramic coatings are the costly side is paint correction BEFORE applying the ceramic coating but since your car will be brand new, you may not need to do that... but even that you could do yourself if you wanted to lol assuming the paint is good when you get the car.. all you'd need is to buy the ceramic coating itself and apply it yourself.

You could just pay someone to do it for example http://www.ceramicpromississauga.com/ but it tends to be expensive and one could argue the ceramic coating is not much better than those you can buy yourself
