You want to apply it just like you would wax. Use a clean microfiber to apply it and use a seperate one to remove it after it has had a chance to dry.
^ This stuff really makes your wheels pop! Definitely use a clean microfiber towel to apply and use a microfiber towel to wipe clean. I used this stuff before it works very well.
