Yes I saw those parts as well, but I was trying to avoid the in-line thermostat as it adds unnecessary plumbing. The Mocal sandwich plate appears to have a serviceable thermostat so it might be possible to swap out the thermostat for a different temperature rating. Waiting to hear from Mocal on this.

None of the thermostats I've found are a complete bypass, so there is no guarantee that they will maintain 200 degrees in average driving.
