I had a Imports Parts Pros stage 1 built VQ37HR long block on my last 370Z for natural aspirated high compression since I decided against a stroker kit. IPP stage 1 long block with JE Pistons high compression 11.5:1,Eagle h beam rods,all apr stuff etc. I was pretty hard on that engine street/track and if mine lasted yours will too. If you plan on forced induction go with a stage 2+ built VQ37HR.
