Felix, go personally verify the measurement of tread depth. Make sure there really is a problem before you throw money at new tires. Go get an alignment at a good local shop - not the dealership. See if that's the issue. Then you'll know what parts, if any, need to be replaced before you get new tires and shred them in 5k miles.
