HKS will give you quiet, unless you get on the gas. FI is good, best bet on that is to watch the forums or Facebook for used sales. I've seen a couple go up fairly recently. I'll pm you if I spot them again. My personal favorite is still Motordyne. I like my FI with long tube headers, but if I saw a Motordyne at the right time, I'd probably go for it. In my head, that has the sound I think a Z car should have. It's also probably louder than you want with HFCs.
