There have been a few others who have experienced the same thing, wstar and megan370z also had to replace their transmissions. Even after adding the cooler, there is no gaurantee that the trans will last for a long time. I was able to get mine to last for 2 years and 10 track days after doing so.
Once i got my transmission fixed the last time (lol...i destroyed 4 transmissions) i decided that was enough and sold it, then bought a six speed 370z. Swapping the transmissions is harder than it looks and requires a lot of work to replace harnesses, the ecu and some other things to make the manual work in an automatic chassis. It was much easier and possibly cheaper to buy a used 370z and swap all my parts over.

I think im going to wait to see if I can find a G37 with a manual transmission because I dont want to deal with those problems.
Maybe I end in another Z hahaha! how knows!

Random hard shifts and slipping because of the heat built up. I'd also advise swapping out your brake fluid like I did. Other then these you should be ok. I've decided that I'm buying a track car sense I went two weekends and knew that I would harm the car iif I continues. One other thing make sure your brakes are in good standing, I burnt through 3 pads on the straight away at 110MPH yeah...IO had to change underwear and call it an early day.
Planing on buying a 350Z the end of March of this year.
I track with 2011 Nismo#91 and he runs a manual with no issues. Drive it home almost 2 hours afterwords. Think he's been doing this for about 5 years.
