Basically equivalent to OEM shocks. Formerly called GR-2, these are KYB's basic level products. These have been used in other communities (240sx for example) for ages. Valved for OEM spring, not recommended to pair with lowering springs (unless shortened life span is not a concern). KYB's AGX would be better suit for lowering springs but KYB never made them for 370z.

These Excel-G's do not give better performance against equal condition OEM shocks. Don't get your hopes up.
