When I was a CRO at the power plant. The only time I moved from my chair in the control room was to go to the bathroom, or to get something to eat. And for that to happen. I would need someone to come in to watch everything while I would do my thing. And that was 12hr shifts.
If you came into work with a case of the runs. Nothing got done.
