You can massage dyno readings to say whatever you want. Different types of dynos and different correction factors.... Its all up in the air.

If you had a base dyno done I'd just compare that to the final numbers. The change in power will be more telling. Also sometimes it's not about numbers but whether or not the car is running better after a tune.
