elmz, I changed my oil yesterday. Then, I put on about 80 miles yesterday after the change. Today, I woke up early in the morning and put 200+200 = 400 miles on the Z (back and forth with a 20 minute rest). So, basically after 480 miles, this is how my oil looks. It's still fresh gold color. Hope this helps.
