If you wish to tune, then a base tune with a set of e-tunes will be required. ($400) and if its attached to Stillen only, then another $300 to get it to work. A cable with no tuning is only $225.
So I really don't see why your even considering this for 300. Go buy UpRev standard, get the tunes done and be happy that you saved a fortune on a dyno tune. ($550 US versus $1700 CDN for a dyno tune)(my case)
Unless your FI; then a dyno tune is most likely required.
There is no shortcuts in quality or costs to get it done right the first time!

Hey, so the OP and I have come to an agreement for just the cable.
I'll be going to an etuner (seymore4) to purchase a new license + tune, and will use this cable to flash his tunes onto my car.
I did the math, and overall I would save a bit by going this route vs buying the uprev standard package, and I'd end up with the same thing.
I've emailed uprev, and waiting for their reply regarding the cable.
