House inspection done..
The inspector didn't find anything more than what we had found when we went through the house over the weekend. Whew...
I am going to have Stanley Steemer come in and clean all the carpets and the ducts before I move in. Then I think I'm going to have the garage floor epoxy coated. The garage door is insulated
so that's one thing off my list. Now to run Cat 6 and get wi-fi planned out and set up.
I've got some little stuff that has to be done; down spouts that need to be rerouted, some bent hinges, and lots of little things that need to be improved upon, all stuff I consider 'routine maintenance' on a 20 year old house.
