Why would the base model have a bigger width than ones on the sports package?
I have the 2010 factory Z brochure, and the "Track Width" matches your numbers. If you look at a car with 18" wheels closely, you will see it actually fills out the wheel wells (width not height) better than the sport rays. The offset of the 18" wheels is wider for some reason.
