Default Stillen Supercharger Starter Noise?

My car has been acting weird ever since I installed and used the Stillen Osiris windows UpRev tuning it came with since last October-ish. When I start it up, at random times (at least to me), it makes a rapid stuttering noise and to remedy it, I need to press the gas pedal each time it does that, otherwise the car just shuts off / does not work properly.

I am thinking it is because the Stillen tune is not very good (as everyone on 370z forum claims it to be) and that the stock 370z starter isn't strong enough for the stillen supercharger. It doesn't happen a lot, only when I have really low RPMs, or when I would press the brake on the car when slowing down (rarely but still does happen at this time), or when I am idling at a stop light.

Anyone else have this issue at all?
Should I call Stillen about it?

Thanks all
