I would not recommend doing it yourself if you have no experience, as replacing your lights isn't cheap.

What exactly are you trying to do?

Are you:
1) Spraying some cheap tint crap from Autozone on the outside? DO NOT DO THAT. It looks like crap.

2) Opening your headlights and spraying cheap tint crap from Autozone on the inside? DO NOT DO THAT, IT LOOKS LIKE CRAP.

What exactly are you trying to achieve?

A good wrap/tint shop could probably apply tinted film to the lense from the outside, which is a reversible process. There's diff options u can use, like the rainbow stuff, or just a dark film.

To truly change your headlights, you need to unseal and open them up, do some small diassembly, and use quality paint that isn't runny and that will stand up so some heat. Then you need to use quality sealant to close the headlight so there isn't condensation or other leakage

What it sounds like you're doing seems like disaster
