^ Agreed. ^

Especially the part about doing your research. Search around for forum threads there are many great ones. Maybe start here (it should cover some of the basic knowledge you need to learn about):
370z Forced Induction for Noobs...

What ghost suggested is one of the best ways to do it. I also like typing something like this into google search ‘forced induction site:the370z.com’ to yield specifically the370z forum results. Then obviously change the forced induction to other keywords and/or questions that you have to see if you can threads that already include whatever information you are looking for.

As for personal experience: I went full bolt on (intakes, exhaust, hfc, intake manifold, etc) and then moved on my turbo build... and regretted paying for all those parts, instillation, and tuning when we ripped them all off and started over with the turbo kit.

Moral I guess is DECIDE what you want to do with your car and then work accordingly towards that goal. My final susgestion is to see if you can find a REPUTABLE shop in your area that has done 370z builds and see if they will chat with you. I’m sure they will be willing to give you some time and this may also get you a lot of insight on the subject.
