Just wanted to drop in and give a +1 to Larry at moweraxle.com. I bought the front plate bracket for my '14 Nismo and fitment is perfect. The hardware is all very well-made and gives you 8 different mounting holes so you can tweak how the plate hangs from your tow hook hole.
The rod you get is aluminum, so be very careful with installation and you HAVE to use anti-sieze (tow hook hole is also aluminum so they will gall if you don't use anti-sieze). It's very easy to mess up the threads. You've been warned...
