Looks like you took away some of the material. You could try like SteveBad mentioned or maybe a black sharpie for a temp solution, just for the hole though. You could maybe make a small lip on the inside of the hole, behind the current material and get some of the dash material from a donor car and put it in with some 3M spray adhesive. That wont do anything for the scuffs though. You could maybe find some type of Z or Nissan cloth patch and affix it on top as well. Good luck!
