That seems to be the nature of car mods though, you "improve" one aspect while dealing with the complications that arise.

1) Had an O2 sensor that just wouldn't come out. Partly this was just not having the right tool for the job. The guy who helped me out (bless his heart forever for spending 12 hours working with me on this) had a socket for it that was cheaply made, flexed, and stripped the head. I should've brought my own set of forged tools for that particular task.
2) One of the threaded holes on the block that we needed to put a stud in was, from what I could see, incorrectly tapped. Screwed up the stud after we threaded it most of the way in. Managed to extract the stud, but couldn't get a tap into the small space (drivers side of course). Buddy had a bolt that ended up working - not quite as pretty, but definitely effective.
3) ******* Nissan and their use of cheap plastic! Had a piece that connects to the drivers side intake hose snap off! 40 minutes spent holding it in place with plastic epoxy so I could reconnect my intake.

But it's done now, and it could've been way worse. Sound is epic.
Those little SOB moments always are the time killers. Glad it was worth it!
