Since you've cleaned the MAFs, look for an air leak. While the engine is running, hold one end of a paper towel tube (or similar) to your ear and move the other end around near the intake piping to locate the leak. Follow all safety procedures when working near a running engine.
Edit: If it's not a leak, then check the wiring going to the MAFs.

If the CEL is gone, but the codes remain, does it mean that they will disappear eventually, or do I still have an issue?
