I have not come to anything as of recent, so i wanted to create a new thread and get a good understand/updated information regarding the kit and how well it's held up.
Thank you in advance!
1) when did you purchase the kit?
2) how many miles have you put on it?
3) how would you consider your driving?
4) what kind of problems have you had?
5) did you have to do any additional mods after the purchase?
6) how many miles did you have on the engine prior to install of the kit?
7) for auto tran owners, besides upgrading your trans, what else did you have to do and how much did it cost to upgrade your trans and how is it holding up?
8) for manuel owners, besides upgrading your clutch, what else did you have to do and how much did it cost to upgrade your clutch and how is it holding up?
9) any regrets?
10)overall, how do you feel about the kit?
11) how is your block holding up?
12) how much boost and hp are you putting down?
13) what gauges are you using, air flow, boost, oil pressure?
14) total cost of the project?
15) are there any hiccups?
16) what do you think is important that we should know?
I know these are a lot of questions but it definitely helps me and others who are interested in this kit. This information, that is provided by you guys, will definitely gives everyone an opportunity to see how the kit is holding up and giving us an overall idea of how it's functioned since the release.
I appreciate you're participation
sincerely,

hey bud.
1. I purchased my aam tt kit 3 years ago. Kit was installed and tuned by aam
2. I didnt drive it much put 4k miles on it over 3 year. It was a weekend car.
3. I drove it spiritly when i had it out. I never launched it or dragged it.
4. Only problem i had was the fuel line off the walbaro pump inside the tank popped off. I just pulled the pump and resecured the line.
5. I added the fuel return system and a custom 3 inch exhaust.
6. I had 32k miles when it was installed
8.i went with the spec twin disc and zspeed csc. I regret going with the spec clutch. Would not shift crisply at high rpms. After driving for a bit it improved but was not 100%. I would recommend the os giken twin disk.
9. Only regret was the spec twin disk
10. I loved my kit. Boost came in really fast. Full boost under 3k rpms.
11. My block held up with no issues.
12. Car made 540whp and 424tq at 9psi on 93oct
13. Innovate motorsports afr and prosport boost.
14. Cant post price of build as it was part of r&d special. 1 of the first 5 cars to get the kit after r&d was completed.
