Default My journey from the 240z to the 370z

When I was 19 I bought a 1971 240z with a build date of Nov of 1970 which is the month I was born. It was orange, it had a ton of miles and syncros that would punish me if I was too aggressive down shifting which at 19 was too often. I drove that car everywhere. The birth of my first child lead me to sell the Z in 1993 and at the time I though I would just pick another up when I wanted to.

Youthful ignorance...

I moved on to other Japanese cars, a RX-7, a couple of MR2s, and a 78 Celica Supra. Then Mustangs. Then I dabbled a bit in rally cross with Volvos. I'm a old dude now and figured since I'll probably not end up with another orange 240Z so I did the only reasonable thing I could do which was to buy a 2009 370z touring/sport with the automatic. It's not supposed to be my daily but I have driven it work everyday since I bought it and I think I'm just going to drive it everywhere, everyday!

I have learned a lot about my car on the forum and appreciate being added.
