I would give the dealership a call and talk to the GM. More than likely since you were being handled by the service Mgr., the GM knows nothing of this. If he or she is any kind of good GM, this is one of the last things they want to hear coming across their desk. It may not help you out now, however down the road it may. Sorry you had to go through this crap.
