No TSBs for Canadian Z's?

I called my Nissan dealer today and asked if there are any TSBs for my 2010 Z. I really wanted the bluetooth call waiting feature and I am having the "hatch won't open when pressed the first time" issue.

The service advisor over the phone took less than 3 seconds and she said she checked my VIN and there are no TSBs for my vehicle. I said other Canadian 370z's (Toronto) have the TSBs but she said TSB are for specific VINs.

Is this true? Is there no way for me to get call waiting on my Z? And what about that hatch problem? Are all the TSBs just for US but not Canada?
