Touring, Sport, Nav 7AT with light mods - Houston, TX

This was my dream car and I thought I'd own it forever, but now opportunity has given me the chance to get into another dream car.

It is a 2009 Touring, Sport, Nav, 7AT and has approximately 45,800 miles. I am selling it as pictured for $24,500. The mods and included extras are:

• Fast intentions catback exhaust with Carbon Fiber mufflers and 18" resonators.
• Factory installed lighted door sills.
• Factory cargo cover (standard on touring I think).
• Swift Spec Rs and factory dampers.
• 20mm H&R bolt-on spacers.
• Fujimura carbon fiber "diffuser" (shipped from Japan).
• Mishimoto MAF tubes and K&N drop-in filters.
• HP Solargard Charcoal tint.
• GTR start button
• Functional euro spec fog light hooked up with Z1's button kit.
• GTR clear map light lenses.
• All interior bulbs replaced with LEDs.
• UVS100 custom fit sun shade with leather stowage bag.
• Apple iPod connector, with charger.
• Sound deadening mat in the hatch that I cut to fit. It lays underneath the factory hatch mat so you can't tell it is there, but it lowers the interior noise volume by a noticeable amount.

I will not be parting the car out at this time. If it doesn't sell privately, I will be returning it to factory before selling it to a dealer, and then I will list the parts in a separate thread.
