I really don't think he is serious or he would have bought the Nismo and made the 18 hour drive home. Not sure why you would pass up that deal as he met ALL, and I do mean ALL of your criteria. This thread has been here for 3/4 of a year and he hasn't bought a car

Driving 18 hours in a Nismo during winter months New York to Minnesota (plus the stiff suspension of the Nismo) is not something I want to do.
From the month of October to April, weather play a role so I suspend my search during those months.

Btw, my price is $31k firm, car is still in showroom cond, never modded, raced, tracked, always garaged, properly stored throughout winter, purchased new on Memotial Day weekend 2012, factory warranty still in effect till end of May 2015.
Car was babied, best deal out there by far from what I've read.
