Different pulley & impeller, stillen cats

928 Motorsports - Porsche® 928 Performance Parts - High-Performance Impeller for Vortech® S-Trim Superchargers

how to get more power out of a stillen supercharger kit?

Also the stock block should be good up to 11psi, factory Stillen pulley 8psi

This guy is hitting 463whp with the factory Stillen 8psi pulley pushing 11psi
Custom Stillen 370z supercharged

"The stillen kit uses a vortech V3 and its capable of far more power. With a few tweaks it's capable of making the same numbers as the unreleased GTM stage 2 SC, as squeeze has shown.

People aren't making much with the 8psi pulley because the tune stillen provides is extremely conservative to try to meet carb approval and to hold up their warranty they offer ($400 fee gets you 3 year/36,000 miles or up to $8,000)."

Does the Impeller go in clockwise or counter clockwise?

Wouldn't it be wise to upgrade the fuel system, injectors ect to max benefits of the SC? Curious if u have idea what an engine build would cost so it would handle more boost.? I'm new to modding imports. I used to own several classic cars that I modded , but the dive train is a whole lot more simple!
Also say if a clutch, gears in rear, fuel system upgrade, light weight battery, light rims, spare tire removed and exhaust cut out were added how much difference hp do u think it would make ANd would it noticeably improve 0-60 and 1/4 time?

It could be lightened, I have it in street trim with everything in it (just incase I take it on a road trip). They say for every 100 pounds of weight its a 10th of a sec off 1/4 times. One thing about Nissans is they usually overbuild their drivetrains therefore handling more HP from the motor. It would have to be re tuned if modded with injectors, cut outs, etc ..... 425 to the wheels is plenty for now, I would say drive it like that for awhile, then do some upgrades... there are a few links I posted how to get more hp from a Stillen S/C

Right on, I'd at least add the clutch. I'd probably save engine build and hp boost till mileage got around 100k. Then max it out.
Plan to only mod some cosmetics..new vented front fenders, rims, stereo and front end...will add side skirts and rear end at Some point.
I gotta buy my wife a bmw x5 first....then I can validate a new toy lol.
But we will be doing that this month. Should be gtg to buy early July.
How is the gas mileage with SC? I will message. U here and drop by soon..can't wait to see it!

The computer says 20 something, I'm not sure if its correct! On the Stillen S/C road test video smoking tire (youtube) it says it actually is better than stock (factory) If you drive it easy.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yL2a47pHzKY

That's exactly what I would do If I keep it... stock clutch can hold 463 rwhp from what I have read..

Realistically looking at mid August before I have my **** right. This 650i put a dent in pocket. Payed half cash../-; but wife is the big bread winner so she gets what she wants or I don't get no wheels hahaha... Found a place to rent for my shop over off goldsby road in Santa Rosa... Promise weekend after the 3rd when I get back from Tampa I will swing by to check out the Z. Do u have the s13 and s14 there also? I love to check them out...

ok kool, what kind of shop? s14 is on craigslist, s13 is sold! I only have 4 cars left... I really need the room, but I'm ok for now, and who knows I might get an itch to get married one day, I can probably pay off the z loan so I can get the title faster, its close to what I'm asking, but we can figure that all out when your ready. Thanks for keeping me posted. Good luck, & Have fun on your trip, I always liked road trips to purchase new rides.

I've been in construction for 18 years, last 8 of that I owned and flooring business and did some bath and kitchen remodels...but when I moved out here I had to close shop due to not having clientele network. It took me several years to establish myself in pcb , don't want to go down that path again. I'm going to set up a pro wood shop and build white oak and epi hardwood tables and adirondack chairs... There is tons of interior decorators around here and homeowners around here have the funds to purchase tables handcrafted that range from 800-6000k. I plan to focus on using 100 year old reclaimed white oak so the tables look vintage/patina
My wife works for Wyndham as realitor/sales and does quite well, thankfully
So it's enabling me to take time off without income to set shop up and manufacturer products so I can hopefully become profitable within first 2 months. I'm renting a 1500sqft facility off goldsby road at topsl warehouse.
The tools I need aren't cheap and several are heavy as crap lol...plus I have to build work benches, enclosed room with dehumidifier to keep moisture content of wood below 6%. So it will take a few weeks just to set up so I can build .
But that actually works out for us cause it will give my wife time to replenish funds we just used on her car, we put 10k down, /-:
And we don't want to have a note on the z unless it's small... I completely understand and expect u as seller to be a little skeptical , hell I would be.
But I want your car and will buy it if it's available once were ready.
I had an infiniti fx35 with 22's but sold it so I can get a Z ..so this has been in the works for a few months before I found your car. It just so happens your car is exactly what I want with mods I would purchase if I had stock z. So it works out great if we can make it happen.. My phone is 850-481-5066 Bryan
If for some reason u need to reach me,..so I'm not just some random internet screen name lol
