'09 STO/T1 370Z Race car
14 Attachment(s)
I'm selling my '09 370z built for SCCA STO/ T1. Car has approximately 25,000 miles, mostly street before being converted into a dedicated track car. I ran it last season, winning San Francisco Region Championships Super Touring Over class. Car was built by Z Car Garage and TC Designs. Over 85k invested.
Chassis • TC Designs custom cage with reinforcement to firewall • JRZ RS-Pro 2-way adjustable dampers with Hyperco springs • SPL rear camber arms • SPL rear toe links • SPL rear knuckle monoball bushings • SPC front camber arms • Hotchkis sway bars Body • Lexan front and rear • Seibon carbon fiber hatch • Aeromotions wing • Stillen brake cooling • Hood pins Drivetrain • OS Giken 1.5 way differential • 4.08 final drive • Short shift • Custom tilton/ setrab diff cooler with toggle switch • Differential temperature gauge/ transmission temperature gauge • 3 sets of wheels: Enkei NT-03+M 18x10.5 mounted with new Hoosier r6, factory 18x9, factory 18x8, 1 set used Goodyear A6, a few used Hoosier r6 • ARP long studs in 12x1.5 Brakes • Stoptech Trophy motorsports brakes with slotted rotors. 6 piston front, dual piston rear. • Tevis stand alone motorsports ABS system with Tilton adjustable bias valve Engine • Stillen gen 3 intake • Tuned for 100 octane 336 WHP/ 291 WTQ on Z Car garage dynojet • AE Performance oil cooler • Oil pressure gauge • AC delete • Fuel starvation fix from Z Car Garage • Several custom SS exhaust set ups from Turbohose: single exit unmuffled, single exit with race muffler, single exit no muffler SuperTrapp, single exit with race muffler with SuperTrapp (Laguna set up). • Long tube headers from Fast Intentions Interior • Recaro Profi seat • Sparco 330mm flat bottom steering wheel with quick release • AFFF Fire system • Schroth belts- expire XXX • Schroth right side net • window net • Custom carbon switch panel • Custom dead pedal • Battery relocated to trunk area • Wired for radio with shark fin antenna- was planning on removing these but can be negotiated Spares • Factory hatch • Fidanza lightweight flywheel • Fuel pump • SOLD This car is very easy to drive fast and has the best braking of any race car I've ever driven. I have around 20k invested in the brake system alone. I initially had AP Racing brakes, which turned out to be incredibly over biased to the front and under biased to the rear. Stoptech custom built these trophy brakes for this car. Paired with the Tevis ABS, this car can out-brake most anything. |

Thanks, I can bring it down to buttonwillow if you want to drive it.
|
Willing to rent this car as well. I'm located in Bay Area, will bring it north as far as t hill, and south to willow.
|
Isn't it a bit much to have 85k invested for a 336whp..... GTR wouldn't have better suited you? lol
|
Possibly, but then I would still be 85k deep, plus the initial cost of the car. Turning street cars into track cars ain't cheap.
Thanks for the bump. |
awesome set up you have ... I would shudder at the amount of labor that went into building this beast
GLWS ... free bump. |
Nice parts list. Bump for you!
|
Thanks, I need to get rid of her to fund this season. I also believe two race cars, a street car and a motorcycle is a little excessive... at least I try to convince myself of that.
|
I can do 35k without the tevis system, just stock abs. I do have a vacuum booster from before the tevis was installed, so I've mode isn't too big a problem.

$35k for this car is one sweet deal. Free bump for you.:happydance:
|
Thanks, I wish I could keep it, just don't have the time or money to race two cars. I focusing my efforts on racing a srf in the national championships as well as San Francisco regional. That's keeping me busy (and broke), enough.

Awesome list of mods.
