2009 370Z Coupe w/Sport pkg

I'm trying to sell my black 09 370z due to having a baby on the way, figure the forum is a better way to spread the word instead of strictly by Craigslist or auto trader. The car is a blast with just under 17000 miles on it. The title is rebuilt, not salvage, but due to that I am still listing quite a bit lower than KBB value. I'm asking $20,500, but I am open to most offers.

what happened? Why does it have a "rebuilt" title?

Was the damage mostly cosmetic or was it engine damage pm I'm interested!

I bought it rebuilt. I assume what happened is the first owner might have hit a deer (I found deer-like hair behind the driver headlight) and state farm marked it a total loss for that owner. I only know it was state farm because nobody bothered to throw out the original owner's insurance info when they sent the car to auction, just left it mixed in with the Z's manuals. I bought it off a small dealer out of Las Vegas who had posted it on eBay, they didn't say if they bought it, made the repairs, and had the title updated to rebuilt or if it went to that first auction already rebuilt.

It was all cosmetic, and all repaired before I bought it. The engine is perfect, the car is a blast to drive. The only outstanding issues I haven't ironed out yet are installing the missing windshield washer bottle, installing a horn, and finding the AC issue. I've been having fun with the car and figuring out how it works, like re-teaching the shifter position using the factory manual, a metronome app, and tons of patience after 3 different Nissan dealers told me there was some sensor out. There is a computer they can attach to reset it but none of them even bothered to try. I am only getting rid of it because of a baby on the way, otherwise I wouldn't let it go yet.
