Just a thought, if the dealer offered $25,365 or more, you should take it, because the tax credit bumps up your "private sale" of 6.25% (at least here in TX).

Just a thought, if the dealer offered $25,365 or more, you should take it, because the tax credit bumps up your "private sale" of 6.25% (at least here in TX). Just in case the dealer really did offer you just under your asking price, just trying to help you out with the extra ~$1500ish! GLWS!!
