2010 PG Z loaded light mods

Im looking to get rid of my 2010 PG 370. It has everything...light gray leather seats, navigation, window tint, and clear bra and mirror kit...

Mods include: Ksport coilovers, MXP test pipes and full exhaust, 20in Venaci Spirit wheels with falken tires...fronts are still in great shape, but rears have been flipped and are fine for coilover setups but would need to be replaced for stock or moderately lowered setups... car itself has 15.8k miles on it...

Im asking 30k for car as it sits or can put back to stock for 28k

I do have all factory parts and can put back to completely stock if needed but will not sell parts before car is sold just in case someone wants whole package...
