2009 Tastefully Modded, Low Mile, PG 370z Sport 4 CHEAP

SALE PENDING!
I have a beautiful 2009 Platinum Graphite Nissan 370z Sport (larger 19" sport wheels, larger sport brakes etc) for sale. The car is in pristine condition inside and out (has a scuff on the front right mud guard but I am willing to buy a brand new set through Nissan for the buyer if needed, and a minor scuff on two wheels which aren't very noticeable, other than that its in pretty amazing condition all round), has a clear and clean title, and is practically new with only 16k miles, mostly highway miles. The car still has its factory warranty through 2012. The car has some nice modifications (~$4k in mods) that give it a much needed hp/tq increase from stock. I still have all the oem parts as well that I will give to the buyer with the sale.The mods are:

-Berk High Flow Cats
-Fast Intentions midpipe and full catback exhaust (best on the market IMO)
-K&N intake panels
-Swift performance lowering springs
-H&R spacers (Wheels sit perfectly flush)
-Performance Tint (Lifetime warranty)

The car looks and sounds amazing with the full exhaust. The car has never been tracked or raced or anything like that, just been a daily driver with some extra umph! The body does not rub ever (going over bumps, wide turns or anything) the lowered height was just for aesthetics/looks but also improves handling. The car is in perfect mechanical condition. The tires are in great condition as well (at least 50-60% tread if not more which should tell you that the car has been babied since they are the oems). I also have ALL records for the car (a folder containing all maintenance, receipts, modification info, window sticker, basically everything since day 1!).

I made the mistake of going for a test drive and now have my eye on something else that I'm looking to make a move on

. I'm looking to sell at basically trade in plus my tax incentive to another forum member as the dealer is going to make money off the sale regardless and rather let it go to a forum member. Not looking to part out either, don't want to deal with the hassle. Looking to get 25.9k OBO (KBB is 29k not including mods) and looking to sell soon. If not no worries as I'll be trading it in. I know you are looking to sell ASAP but how long do you estimate it will stay up on the market before you trade it in? I should be in the market early Feb barring any unforeseen disaster
