First Twin Turbo in the US up for sale

Paper work to prove my statement
I know this is a long shot but hey worth a shot for my fellow Nissan enthusiast. Has 23,000 Miles Never Tracked never Raced, asking $40,000 for it. Looking to get into a STI. So will accept trades need more of a family fun car.
