Do not expect the little blip of gas in the rev match to handle the entire shift. You might want to try it with the Rev-match off as long as it doesn't also turn off some traction control or something.

I learned how to drive stick by test driving used cars. :D Of course, revving the gas to 3k and dumping the clutch wasn't exactly good practice for daily driving but it helped nail down the basics.

A nice hill always helps find that sweet spot in the clutch too ;)

the spot of the clutch is best find on a flat surface you just slowly start taking off the clutch until the car moves (no gas applied) and then its only muscle memory

i don't know about you guys but one of the reasons i like driving a manual trans. car is the fact that not everybody can drive it very well. to me it is sorta like excel in a sports that other people find challenging.
