Woah...FS Jeremy? Sad to see it go, but someones gonna be happy. Good luck with the sale. I still say this is one of the best if not the best street car on this forum.

Thanks Raul. I hate hate hate to see her go. Honestly, this is the first car that I've had that I am truly happy with. From the G35 to the GT-R, nothing has really satiated me like this car. But, I made a decision to help someone and I can't renege on that now. I don't regret the decision in the least...just wish I could do both.

And thanks for the compliments. I do appreciate them.

Nice car. Wish I had the cash upfront to get this.
Trading my Evo in on a 370Nismo soon.

Good luck with sell. One of the illest cars

Just finished reading your "Build Thread", and must say I'm very impressed with all the attention to detail. From the enhanced aesthetics that you've made, down to the nasty power goals you've set and remained disciplined to stick to. Hands down to you for that.

Would love to own this in my own garage, but I'm just finishing up my fully built N/A 03 Maxima 6-speed, and wouldn't be able to budge until that is sold or parted out. Was also saving up to pull the trigger on a GT-R in the future, but if you'd ever consider a trade for an amped up "Sports Sedan", let me know. :)

Best to you Jeremy!

Paramy - thanks for the kind words and please post pics of your build! This may be a 370Z forum, but we all love ANYTHING fast and well built! :)

I won't fill your thread up with unrelated things especially since you're this is your for sale thread, but here's a link to the intricate details if you'd like to check it out.

1st Fully Built 5.5Gen - NA - Maxima Forums

Seriously considering parting out completely and trying to get into your Nismo. It's alot to consider though, with all the time and energy spent on the build, as well as going from a stout 4 door with lots of room to a 2 seater. hmmmmmm. :)

A couple of solid offers, but waiting on them to pan out. Tough market out there. Sick Maxima, btw. I have thoroughly enjoyed looking that beast over!

Thanks sir! I've honestly considered doing a full partout of the Maxima and putting the money into picking yours up. A couple reasons why I have not yet pulled the trigger is, I haven't completely thrown in the towel to get my Cam Timing Advancing issue worked out yet, by the time the partout is completed your Z would probably be long gone, and lastly I've been reading that Cobb has thrown in their towel for the 350/370's because they haven't figured out how to adjust VVEL, and getting mixed info on whether Uprev will follow because of the same issue. You are tuned on an Uprev software correct? How does that affect your situation in terms of retuning, and will it make that much of a difference in running the TT efficiently without the adjust-ability of the VVEL? Especially if I would want to later on down the line upgrade in Stages and build up the motor for lower compression to run higher boost. At the moment, I'm on the fence because of the support aspect from tuning companies and their doubtfulness to continue the said support. I'm sure the Haltech setup is an option here, or is it?

Sorry about my long winded-ness Jeremy, just thinking out loud about if going this route would be a good option, because I'm a modding enthusiast and concerned about the viable/ample tuning options that will be available.

I'm not sure of the answers to your questions. From what I understand, the VVEL can be controlled by the UpRev. But, I could be wrong. These are questions for Sam and/or other tuners.

theDreamer 08-14-2010 09:28 PM

To help answer the VVEL question, currently no has publicly given control to tuners yet.
My last contact, about a week ago, with Uprev was they are working on getting a shop car so they can go deeper into VVEL. They want to get a better understanding of it and understanding before they release control to tuners. Does this mean they have control of it? I am not sure yet, but it does sound a bit promising.
