I mangled a s2000 when I was younger, and about 6 months later I got a phone call, A guy got it from an auction for dirt cheap, and fixed it up. He had found my info on a bill that was left in the glove box... All he needed was a key, which I had for him... The car was spotless, drove out to queens and the key was litteraly his last step, he started it and took me for a ride , thing rode just like it did prior to the accident..
His total amount spent was half of what I paid for the car... so it worked for him. Pending the quality of work, I wouldnt be too scard of this car.
