Ummmm...There is no chin spoiler. It's just the factory bumper blacked out..
If you mean the aero lower lip, No....It's part of the sport package and stays with the car...

The black is the unpainted Bumper material...Will not chip or flake

Base model + sport package

All stock parts available (except shift knob/boot)

sot here is no way to get it back to stock without a body shop?

Nope....I (and many here) like the black-out look. Sorry you don't! Personally I think it makes the front look more aggressive, and slims the bulbous lines of the rear a bit. Since that pic, I've also blacked out my Stillen cannister for a very clean look..
