Just an FYI I know your low mileage and everything - but the car is still titled.. and "used".
I was about to buy a new 09 touring sport no nav 6spd for $33k (2500 under invoice - which in the pricing forum, is common on 09s since there are so many left). If you added nav @ invoice it's only $1,605 Putting you at $34,605 for a brand new version of your car.. Resale sucks especially within the first year. If you don't need to sell it I would wait, it probably would bring $31.5, maybe $32k to the right buyer who needs that color combo and nav. Best of luck.
