Looking to Sell the 370Z

Let me start by saying, that i love this car. The only reason i need to sell it is because i have need for a car with more room.
The car has around 8k miles and was garage kept. Pictures in my profile.
Here are the mods:
Injen CAI. Fast intentions CBE and High flow cats with carbon fiber canisters. 15% Tint all around, Boston acoustic door speakers and tweeters w/ 10" Arc Audio Sub mounted in spare tire compartment. Door handles, tailights and rims blacked out. Waterproof and stainproof black and red "Z" seat covers. These items still in boxes at home (Stance coilovers, 15mm and 20mm spacers) Still own stock exhaust and cats.
I have babied this car and have performed scheduled oil changes.
I am currently deployed to Haiti for earthquake relief and i cant get on KBB to check the suggested selling price so i am going to start with
$29,500 OBO.
