Thank you. You're right, I bought it 6 weeks ago. Your Z is gorgeous. I can see lot of love and $$$ went into that build. I'd also have a hard time deciding to part with a car like that.

Did you test drive the AMG GT. If so, what are your thoughts?

Sorry to hijack your for sale thread. I can remove my pics and we can take this on to a separate discussion thread if that's more appropriate.

Yes I’ve driven a couple, currently there is one local that is tuned to 650hp with down pipes, kw springs, and BC forged wheels that I drove Friday. Also has a Designo Magno Iridium Silver paint that’s immaculate and the Carbon Ceramic brakes. May pull the trigger this week. I’m even contemplating holding onto the Z and storing it. It’s means a lot more to me than $25k ever will.

I know which car you're talking about. Beautiful car, especially in that color. And those wheels.... Burble tune that pops/crackles for 6 seconds . With downpipes that probably sounds absolutely insane.

Yea driving it is a completely different experience than the Nismo, both great for different reasons. I literally got out of the AMG GTS and into my Nismo and it was the first time I thought it felt slow. That said I can drive the Nismo much closer to its limits and even after I get comfortable in the AMG I doubt I will ever be able to push it.

GT S has tremendous amount of grip with no body roll. Steering is razor sharp while not being unnecessarily hard/tight. I'm not a track driver and probably will never push it no where close to it's limits, but it is a safe car to drive even with all that power. I have love, hate relationship with the Z, mostly love. No car is perfect, but I feel like Z is unnecessarily rough /harsh especially in the lower gears/low speeds. I know it was purposely built to be raw, but cars can be raw without being too harsh. On a used market though, for the price /performance ratio, they are a GREAT value.
