Selling my 40th anniversary

I need a different car for work and for the family so it seems the time has come to say good bye to my Z

-All services have been kept up using K&N oil filters and Royal Purple Oil.
-I had a flush on the coolant done about 3 months ago.
-Did a fuel system cleaning flush also with the coolant flush.
-Had the oil flushed as well about a week ago (Jan. 24, 2016)
-With the flush I had the oil service done.
-Just installed new ZR wheels on the front and the rear are at about 65%.
-Brakes are still very good but rotors need to be resurfaced.
-The tune up was also done just last year.
-Two days ago I did an Uprev ProRace tuning on the car with software worth $1400 which is still unreleased, at least that's what I was told, the computer has the license uploaded on the computer so all and any reflashed for any upgrades done will only be ~$100. The Z is incredibly powerful I believe it's achieving well over 350hp+.
-Light weight pulley system
-Light weight flywheel
-Mishimoto intake pipes (red)
-MRR Six spoke 19" rims (black)

-Sport package includes the following
-Big brakes, akibono brake pads, red Nissan printed calipers
-RevMatch
-Launch control
-Shift indicator
-Gear display
-Factory spoiler
-Nismo tuned engine+uprev

40th anniversary package includes the following
-Red leather/suede combo interior
-Weather packaged seats
-Power everything including seats
-40th anniversary grey pearl paint (has very slight purple)
-Sport package

Negatives
-Unfortunately I drive my Z daily and often so she's accumulated 111,050 miles to this point now.
-Car must be refinanced in your name. I still owe $19,995 my payments are at about $300/mo.
-I had a 6 puck clutch installed and the disk makes noise when shifting but it grabs hard and powerfully, it's an easy fix and shouldn't take more than a day or less.
-obvious wear and tear interior and exterior.

I have no idea, probably did hah.

When I bought I was the 3rd owner and the car had 74k+ miles on it. The price was $26k after fees and taxes and all that. I put a $2k down payment and I've been paying it for a year now. And that's pretty much what happened... So I guess maybe I did over pay for the car? I was excited about having a good sports car finally so I went balls out on it and we'll I think about it and maybe I buried my self...
