I am selling my 2012 pearl white 6MT touring sport with navigation. I am the original owner and purchased the car in February 2012. It is a weekend car and the mileage is currently at 19,800 miles and will not change much. The vehicle has been properly maintained by the dealer for the first year of ownership and by myself the years after. I switched to Motul X Clean 5w30 once I took over maintenance which I just did the summer change last weekend. The vehicle is still under Nissan's Gold warranty as well. The vehicle has been modified with high end parts and will slowly be parted out unless someone expresses interest in the car as it sits now. I have all the stock parts to put back on.

I will make a separate thread including pictures of all the mods during the part out.

The reason I am selling is I am ready to make room for the next project.
