On a stock bottom end (rod's especially) i've seen 15-16 to be the high boost settings on e85,,,though some have ventured to 17'ish.
12-13 sounds pretty good for 93 octane fuel.....It appears 600ft.lbs. to be the line not to cross on the stock block also (if you want to get some life from it).
I'm not boosted yet; but i do pay attention to build threads,,,meth injected 93 boost allows a bit more /as it keeps cylinder temps cooler; but your tuner doesn't want to see you go "BOOM" on his Dyno either.
Use quality/consistent fuels.
