Even with my small oil cooler I rarely see operating temps above 208/210. This time of year in Florida I’ll be lucky to have my oil temp within operating “spec” temps, which I believe starts at 180?? These are not track temps. This is just driving normally around town, getting on it here and there, stop and go traffic etc.
