A quick check is to disconnect the cap. It looks like you are running about a 2 farad cap on your sub. Since the sub has a direct connection to the battery (or at least should) and the cap is tapped into that line, with the other side to ground to keep from killing the alternator, it's a logical place for the drain to happen. It's a PITA to have to connect/disconnect the cap every time, but if that's the source, you might have blown the cap.
Oh... and beware the voltage lurking in undischarged capacitors... it will knock you on your azz...
