I got a TWM Performance Big Type R shift knob "Gun Metal" finished for sale in mint condition. Is height adjustable so you can make it sit lower or higher than stock. Also being heavier it makes shifting significantly smoother and easier (leverage FTW). Is engraved with the 370z shifter pattern. I bought it and around a week later I got to try the smaller version of this shift knob in my friends Z and turns out it suits my smaller hands better so mine got replaced for one of those.
