Even adding an oil cooler will not fix this issue, the engine can only do so much when the temp of the air in the engine bay is so high.
Get an OBDII reader and monitor the intake temp and just like mentioned above, I'm sure you will see the power loss come in after the AIT hit 60 or higher.
