Default Brake Pads replacement - any suggestions?

Hi. I've a 2017 370Z Coupe Touring. I had the car for less than 9 months. During this time, I took the car to the dealer 3 different times because of brake noise. The noise comes when I'm pressing the brakes gently to slow down on low speeds. There is no noise when I press the brakes hard. Every time, the dealer would remove the brake pads, check them, clean them with a spray and and put them back. After that, the brakes will be squeak-free for a couple of days and then....the noise is back.

The last time, the mechanic told me the cause is the brake pads producing too much carbon dust and he showed me the brake pads with a lot of dust build up on them. There is no noticeable affect on the braking, but the sound is annoying the hell out of me.

I intend to change the brake pads at the end of the year. So, can you please suggest a good brand?

Thanks.
